This event was intricately connected to the "Nueva Economía de la Lengua PERTE," an initiative with a 1.1 billion euro investment aimed at establishing Spain as a hub for AI technologies, especially in language processing.

At this prestigious gathering, we unveiled our game-changing project that is redefined the world of chatbots - ChatFAQ!

- The Challenge: While everyone was willing to use chatbots, satisfaction levels had been disappointingly low, at just 26%. That's where ChatFAQ stepped in!‍

- The Innovation: ChatFAQ leverages cutting-edge generative AI to create a new generation of chatbots. It all starts with a powerful retrieval model that manages content and operations seamlessly.

- The Magic: We convert databases and user queries into better embeddings and coordinates. This meant our chatbots can understand various user queries and provide spot-on responses through semantic similarities.‍

- Taking It Up a Notch: We incorporate retrieval-based methods to supercharge information retrieval from databases. Plus, we've crafted prompts and guides to ensure responses hit the bullseye.

- Versatility is Key: ChatFAQ isn't limited to chatbots alone. It could be implemented in search bars and internal apps. The goal was simple: empower users to retrieve information from any database they had access to.
